Logistical information

REGISTRATION

Registration of the event participants will take place at the additional RECEPTION DESK at the Nosalowy Dwór Resort&Spa Hotel, where you will receive your conference packages, wristbands and badges.
We encourage you to show the QR code you received in the mail at one of the congress reception desks. This will significantly speed up the issuance of your participant badge.

LUNCH

Those who wish to enjoy lunch are invited to the a’la carte restaurant located in the hotel, available throughout the event. There you can enjoy an abbreviated menu, prepared by the hotel especially for Congress participants.

LANGUAGE OF INSTRUCTION

  • The language of instruction will be Polish. Sessions will be translated simultaneously (PL/EN).
 

CONGRESS INFORMATION

All necessary information will be available at INFO points located in several places of the conference facility.

INFORMATION FOR SPEAKERS AND PRESENTERS

We strongly urge you not to be late for your panel. The information desk for you will be located at the CONGRESS REGISTRATION.

PARKING

Nosalowy Dwór Resort & Spa Hotel, at 21 c-f Balzera Street in Zakopane – parking is for guests staying at the hotel.

ATTIRE:

  • business dress code / casual dress code
  • evening dress is also welcome at the gala
