Vice President of the Polish Volleyball Federation, President of the Małopolska Volleyball Association, Chairman of the Refereeing Department of the PZPS.

He completed his refereeing course in 1977. In 1985, he advanced to the central level, and five years later, he achieved international referee status.

For many years, he served as a referee in the highest levels of domestic competitions and numerous international events, including European club cups, European championships, and world championships.

He held the position of Chief Referee of Polish Volleyball from 2008 to 2016 and continues to do so.

He joined the PZPS Board in 2008 and remained a member during the following term until 2016. Four years ago, he rejoined the Board and became the Vice President of the PZPS.

For nearly four decades, he has been actively working within the structures of the Małopolska Volleyball Association, and since 2004, he has consistently served as the head of Małopolska volleyball.
