Bartosz Wilczyński

Brand Consultant, Wine & Food Marketing Expert, Certified Oenologist and Cheese Connoisseur, Culinary Promoter

He is actively involved in the development of Polish wine tourism and in providing marketing training for Polish winemakers. A lecturer at the Podkarpacka Wine Academy, the University of Agriculture in Kraków, and within various wine and cheese-making organizations.

He serves as a judge in industry competitions and hosts conferences, wine and cheese festivals, guided tastings, and wine tourism trips. A wine and culinary journalist, he co-creates the Radio Kulinarne Wine Podcast. He is the co-author of “Grapevine and Wine. Knowledge and Practice” — a publication awarded by the International Organisation of Vine and Wine (OIV).

He heads the jury of the Best Cheese competition at the Wielkie SERwowanie Festival in Wrocław and is a juror in Poland’s top cheesemaking competitions. Together with Radosław Fron (of Paragraf w Kieliszku), he co-founded Destyl — a spirits brand — and the Academy of Distillation, the first training project in Poland for craft spirit producers.

He has co-created numerous marketing and development strategies for cities and regions. In his previous professional life, he was a manager and marketer with over 25 years of experience.
