Associated with the Hubert Jerzy Wagner Foundation since 2003, and serving as its President since 2021. Vice-Chair of the Marketing Department of the Polish Volleyball Federation, and Vice President of the Warmian-Masurian Volleyball Association. Member of the Regional Sports Council.

Privately, he is a husband and father to Henryk, a kidney transplant recipient who promotes organ donation. He is also a tennis coach and participant in amateur car rallies, particularly ice driving events.
