Principal specialist in the Bicycle Movement Development Team at the Marshal’s Office of the Małopolska Region. He is responsible for promoting the VeloMałopolska routes and developing the network of Bicycle-Friendly Places in the Małopolska region. He was responsible for presenting the cycling offer of Małopolska during the Polish Bicycle Summit, a regular event organized by the “Rzeczpospolita” newspaper.

A Doctor of Political Science, an academic lecturer, and an assistant professor in the Department of Regulatory Policies at the Cracow University of Economics. His research interests include the implementation of public policies by regional governments, particularly in the field of tourism.
