With 30 years of experience in basketball, he has gained valuable insights that he shares with others. In 2010, he began collaborating with Marcin Gortat, and together they have been running one of the most popular sports events for children and youth, the “Marcin Gortat Camp.” He also works on the development of the innovative e-WF platform at ewf.edu.pl.

He is the only Polish person certified by Ganon Baker Basketball, an organization specializing in training basketball techniques. In addition to his coaching activities, Kacpa hosts his own events, such as the “Kacpa Challenge,” a unique basketball competition format. He has also collaborated with Energa in programs like Energa BasketCup and Drużyna Energii. His commitment to promoting physical activity was recognized by the Polish Olympic Committee in 2024 when he served as the Host of the Polish House at the Paris Olympics.
