President of the MANKO Association, President of the International Institute for Social Development, Editor-in-Chief of Głos Seniora, economist, sociologist, social activist, journalist, and media publisher. Initiator of the Senior-Friendly Municipality Program, the National Senior Card, and nine editions of the International Senioralia in Kraków. He serves on the Patients’ Organizations Council at the Ombudsman for Patient Rights, and since 2020, he has been a member of the Accessibility Council at the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy, as well as the Council for Senior Policy at the Ministry of Family and Social Policy.
