Paweł Niewiadomski, born in 1967, is an experienced leader in the tourism industry with an impressive track record both domestically and internationally. He completed his studies in foreign trade at the University of Łódź, and later earned a diploma in Tourism from the Upper Silesian School of Economics in Katowice. As a TEMPUS scholarship holder, he also studied at the University of Reading in the UK.

Since 1992, he has been running his own travel agency, Holiday Tours in Łódź, which successfully operates in the niche tourism market. From the very beginning of his career, he has been actively involved in the Polish Chamber of Tourism, where he has served as president continuously since 2002.

On the European level, he represents the interests of the industry as a board member of ECTAA, the European Association of Travel Agents and Tour Operators. In ECTAA, he has held the position of Vice President three times and served as President from 2018 to 2022.

He is fluent in both English and Polish. He is passionate about consumer law and music.
