Founder and co-owner of the restaurant and hotel group that includes establishments such as Kogel Mogel, Fiorentina, Wesele, Szara Gęś, Bianca, La Grande Mamma, and La Campana. Since 2008, these restaurants have received 28 distinctions from the Michelin Guide (including Fiorentina – BIB Gourmand 2020; Wesele 2009–2013; La Campana 2010–2019; Kogel Mogel 2013–2019; Bianca 2015–2019), as well as the five-star Balthazar Design Hotel.

A graduate of the Faculty of Psychology at Jagiellonian University, he has always been fascinated and inspired by the relational aspects and the concept of genuine hospitality in running restaurants.

He is a member of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, a gastronomic society dedicated to promoting the culture of fine dining and the art of hosting. A passionate traveler drawn to exceptional cuisine, fine wine, and opera.
